Mr. Arun Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 534 of 2024, instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 329(4), 109, 76, 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant was cooking food in her house then petitioners armed with iron rod, sword and lathi came there and assaulted the informant and her husband causing injury to them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14743 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Injury report shows that the injuries on the injured are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Both the parties are agnates. The dispute had arisen between the children of both the families. Petitioners undertake to co-operate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 534 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) rakhi/- U T
