The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 115/2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is alleged that two litres of country-made liquor was recovered, the same was not in his presence and he was made to sign the seizure-list.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14452 of 2019(3) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 115/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
