2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 461, 380 401, 379, 436, 463, 450, 457, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of cutting an A.T.M. and is in jail since 26.05.2022. Petitioner is accused of eight more cases of serious nature all of them in State of Bihar and he belongs to Haryana.

4. The petitioner seems to be hardened criminal.

5. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner though some co-accused has been granted bail.

6. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

7. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner as it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the charge was framed on 11.05.2023 but not a single witness has been examined yet.

8. The Superintendent of Police, Rohtas is directed to produce the witness(s) regularly in the trial court.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
