The petitioner, in custody since 18.02.2018, seeks bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S.Case No. 26 of 2018 registered under Sections 380 and 457 of the Indian penal Code. It is submitted that petitioner was apprehended merely on suspicion and on the basis of his confessional statement whatsoever, no theft material was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rajendra Ram @ Mangla, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya, in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 26 of 2018.
