Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Jagdishpur (Nautan) P.S. Case No. 399 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/ 324/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Petitioners and other accused persons have assaulted and killed the deceased.

In view of the above, this is not a fit case for grant of
