2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed for quashing the order dated 17.11.2022 passed in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 464/2020 passed by learned A.C.J.M. 2nd West Muzaffarpur whereby he has rejected the petition dated 26.08.2022 filed by the informant/petitioner to release a sum of Rs. 16 lacs in the Account No. 3135511239 of Synapse Solution Pvt. Ltd. Maintained in Central Bank of India, D.DA, Dwarika Mangalpuri, New Delhi.
