Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The parties are agnates and there is admitted land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case between them.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15516 of 2019(3) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
