The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case abduction of the informant's daughter by the co-accused including the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the victim was recovered and her statement was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which, she has not stated about the complicity of the petitioner in respect of her abduction and she has not whispered about the complicity of the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15381 of 2022(2) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Sobhana Swetanki, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur/ concerned Court in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 48 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
