The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 180 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation in the present case is that while the informant was returning to his home after collecting money on his motorcycle, he was intercepted by the accused persons and the accused persons are said to have looted a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- from him.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been remanded in the present case after he was arrested in another case without there being any material to connect him with the alleged crime. It is further submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30662 of 2018(4) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 neither any T.I.P. has been held nor any recovery has been made from the petitioner. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 15.01.2018, as far as present case is concerned. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 180 of 2017.
