The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 196, 197, 198, 199, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Sherghati (Gaya).

The accusation is that in course of verification, it was found that petitioner Uday Kumar, son of Shayam Kishore Prasad selected as primary teacher submitting the TET certificate issued in the name of Uday Kumar, son of Ram Brikch Prasad.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14463 of 2019(4) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
