2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1503 of 2022 arising out of Agam Kuan P.S. Case No. 66 of 2022 instituted for the offence u/s 302, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 8.8.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43917 of 2023 with a direction to expedite and conclude the trial as soon as possible.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. 30.3.2024 with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the trial is likely to be

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

6. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

7. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within stipulated period of time i.e. three months, failing which the petitioner may renew his payer of bail.
