This application has been filed for restoration of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 30070 of 2013 preferred against the order dated 18.02.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No. 27/12/1/12 by the Sessions Judge, Sheohar affirming the order dated 18.12.2011 passed by the S.D.M., Sheohar in Case No. 293 of 2011 converting the proceeding of Section 144 Cr.P.C. to under Section 145 Cr.P.C with direction to the parties to file their written statement in which the petitioners were the members of the 2nd Party. Petitioners have occasion to show under Section 145 (5) Cr.P.C. to cancel order of initiation of proceeding. Under the above facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any reason to restore the Criminal Miscellaneous

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15536 of 2016 (2) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 No. 30070 of 2013. Hence, the present application filed by the petitioner is dismissed.
