The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (A) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that as per allegation, 33 litres of country-made liquor and 4 litres of foreign liquor were recovered from the motorcycle which was being boarded by the petitioners. Petitioners claims that they are having clean antecedent and are in custody since 23.06.2017.

No.39240 of 2017(2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
