JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application to assail the impugned order dated 03.02.2015, passed in B.L.D.R. Appeal No. 284 of 2012-291 of 2012 before the Bihar Land Tribunal.
