The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 196, 197, 198, 199, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been appointed as Primary Teacher on contract after due verification of her educational certificate. The instant F.I.R. is based on document which is alleged to have been forged but the petitioner has not tampered any document for the purpose of her appointment. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
