The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 189 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 302, 307 and120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3212 of 2020 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 18.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 189 of 2019.
