The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.112 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 30(A), 37(A)(B) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 69 liters of illicit liquor from the vehicle.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the vehicle belongs to the petitioner nor he is a driver of the said vehicle. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 10.04.2018.
