The present contempt petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 27.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 15055 of 2017 by which a direction was given to the Circle Officer, Makhdumpur to get the proceeding of Encroachment Case No. 02 of 2013-14 to reach its logical conclusion and to implement the final order passed under section 6(1) of the Act. A show cause is on record on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 (the District Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara) bringing on record the order dated 05.03.2022 by which necessary direction has been issued so that the arms of the petitioner is registered in Bokaro (Jharkhand).
