The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 379, 447 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 03.06.2021 at 7:30 PM, when informant was sitting at his door when the accused persons, including the petitioner, came variously armed and entered his house and thereafter Baijnath Sao ordered to kill on which the accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members with khanti causing injury on head and further the accused persons also looted ornaments and money as detailed in the FIR.

No.15337 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2022 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that though the informant alleges that the petitioner assaulted repeatedly the informant, but from the injury report it would manifest that there is only one injury on the head of the informant and the injury is simple in nature, it is next submitted that on account of land dispute, the present occurrence took place. The learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that petitioner is sitting for competitive examination and, in the event, he is sent to jail his entire career would get jeopardized, it is further submitted that from the side of the petitioner also Khirimore P.S. Case No. 51 of 2021 was instituted in which people have also suffered injuries. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case
