The petitioner seeks bail in Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have resorted firing upon the informant and others twice descending at his house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case by the informant. There is a case and counter case between the parties. The allegation

The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has been languishing in custody since 24.03.2018. Other three named accused persons have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by learned lower court. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Nagarnausa P.S.
