This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S.Case No.150 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 295(A), 501(B), 504, 505/153(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of creating disharmony in the society by sending WHATSUP MESSAGE to the other persons.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and now he is in custody for about two months.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.35381 of 2017 (2) dt.07-08-2017 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, this appeal is disposed of with direction to the court below that once the charge-sheet is submitted, he may be released in connection with Bahadurganj P.S.Case No.150 of 2017 to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Kishanganj. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
