2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier prayer of grant of regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 01.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17852 of 2022 with Cr. Misc. No. 35933 of 2022 with a direction to trial court to conclude the trial at the earliest.

4. In compliance of order dated 13.03.2024, a progress report dated 21.3.2024 has been received from which it appears that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and it is expected that trial is likely to be concluded within six
