2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(3), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner no. 2 assaulted son of the petitioner causing him grievous injury, and he has got four criminal antecedents as such his prayer for bail is rejected.

4. Since, no overt act has been alleged against petitioner no. 1 though, he has got five criminal antecedents but on bail in all cases, his prayer for bail is allowed. In the event of arrest or surrender within eight (8) weeks from today, let this petitioner, namely, Md.

Kabil be

No.14621 of 2026(6) dt.16-07-2026 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.7,000/- (seven thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in Police Station Case No. 308 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
