The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 344 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-a), 26 II and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of running a mini gun factory.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession or the house of the petitioner. It has been further submitted that the petitioner being the relative of Muslim Ansari was present there and his place of residence is different from Muslim Ansari, whatever articles have been recovered were recovered from the

The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since, 17.06.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 344 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1374 of 2017).
