Earlier prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.03.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 6533 of 2017 with direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of one year. Learned counsel submits that impugned order discloses that charge was framed agonist the petitioner on 17.07.2017 but not a single witness has been produced by the prosecution. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sarvottam Kumar @ Vicky Kumar @ Vicky, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-VII, Patna in connection with S.T. No. 219 of 2017 arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 315 of 2016 with condition that one of the bailor must be his
