JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39462 of 2017.

The allegation against the petitioner is with regard to snatching the motorcycle from an advocate.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the petitioner has a long criminal history but for the purposes of grant of bail he is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- with the Najarat of the concerned Court subject to the result of the case.

In view of the aforesaid, I direct the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- with the Najarat of the concerned Court and produce a receipt thereof before the Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31009 of 2018 (2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 whereupon he shall be released on regular bail subject to such condition as it may deem fit and proper by the concerned Court i.e. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 472 of 2016.

It is needless to state that the aforesaid deposit of a sum of Rs.50,000/- shall be subject to the final outcome of the present case.
