JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A,304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner being husband of the victim killed her after four years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner's wife and a minor female child went traceless and she has still not been traced. Though during investigation the police found the case under sections 498A and 365/34 IPC and sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and the minor child of the victim has subsequently

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27484 of 2014 (3) dt.02-02-2015 been located but considering the fact that the petitioner being husband after several months of his wife being traceless did not lodge any case, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 127 of 2013 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Nalanda at Biharsharif.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
