Today no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner for final disposal of the case.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has submitted on previous occasion and also in the presence of the learned counsel representing the petitioner that the writ petition has become infructuous. Yet the petitioner instead of adopting the fair stand kept on making prayer for pass over on different dates.

The writ petition was filed for a direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6984 of 2015(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 respondents to grant approval of the appointment and service of the petitioner in the school in question. On behalf of the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board stand has been taken in the counter affidavit that the Board has already granted approval by order contained in Memo No. 6727-31 dated 19.11.2015.
