Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
On account of kidnapping of Seema Devi, her mother Rani Devi had filed written report wherein she had alleged against these two petitioners to have abetted the offence in getting her daughter slipped by Md. Chand. From the statement of the victim, it is apparent that apart from being a major, she on her own volunteered with Md. Chand and got married with him. She had ruled out presence of these two petitioners during the episode. Accordingly, petitioners Dingo Kumar @ Dingo Thakur and Md. Salim each are directed to be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8346 of 2015 (03) dt.04-05-2015 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Deo Priya Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai/ successor in office in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.
