JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 27.03.2019 passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court, whereby and whereunder it has been directed that the writ petitioners of the said case will continue to get the same salary as they were getting prior to the impugned resolution dated 31.08.2013.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6721 of 2019(4) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 Having regard to the agreement reached at in between the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 27.03.2019 passed in CWJC no. 985 of 2015 (Imran Alam and Another v. The State of Bihar and others), with a direction to grant similar relief to the petitioners herein.
