JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offence alleged under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4,5,7, 8, 10, and 18 of the POCSO Act registered in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 587 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the present case has been instituted a counter-blast to Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No.586 of 2014 lodged by the petitioner's father against the father of the informant and in any event the parties have since compromised the dispute in terms of the petition filed before the learned court below.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, however, this Court is not inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21761 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
