As prayed for, the petitioner is permitted to correct the police station case number in the first paragraph of the bail petition or wherever it is mentioned as Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 79 of 2020 which has wrongly been typed as of the year 2019. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks after start of the physical Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On suspicion co-accused Ramesh Kumar was apprehended and he disclosed that along with the petitioner and another co-accused committed murder of Anjali Kumari, the sister of Ramesh Kumar by putting her inside water. Submission is that the Doctor has found a case of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25355 of 2021(2) dt.20-09-2021 2/2 drowning and only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of co-accused before the police. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 13.09.2020. Considering the material aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kadirganj Police Station Case No. 79 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
