The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner and 20-25 unknown were pelting stones at the mob by which many persons were injured.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2020. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific injury is attributed against the petitioner. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the

IX, Patna in connection with Phulwarisarif P.S. case No.1098 of 2019.
