The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No.159 of 2015 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegations made in the FIR that the petitioners killed their daughter-in-law within six months of Gauna for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application preferred under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
