JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 30.3.2018 seeks bail in Aurangabad (Town)PS Case No. 97 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 332, 333, 353, 153A, 295A and 379 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that on the occasion of procession of Ram Naumi members of two religious community clashed with each other and indulged in arson and loot.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that large number of persons have been made accused in the case but no specific overt is attributed, even no any incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ranveer Pratap Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) PS Case No. 97 of 2018.
