JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 11-03-2019 It is the petitioner's grievance that in compliance of the letter dated 28.04.2014 issued by the Executive Engineer, Main Western Canal Division, Valmiki Nagar, West Champaran, no action has been taken to identify responsibility for not taking over/handing over the charge by the petitioner. As regards payment subsequent upon his joining at Aurangabad, the stand of the State in the counter affidavit is that all the payments thereafter have been made to the petitioner. It is further stand of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11919 of 2014 dt.11-03-2019 2/2 the State in the counter affidavit that with effect from 24.01.2014 the petitioner was suspended. The said issues may not be relevant for the claim raised by the petitioner during the proceedings today.

In view of the limited nature of prayer, this Court would only observe that the directions of the Executive Engineer, Main Western Canal Division, West Champaran respondent no. 4 was required to be taken to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

Writ petition is accordingly, disposed off.
