The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 323 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant filed a complaint alleging therein that the accused persons came and assaulted her and tried to drive her out from the house. It is submitted that the petitioners are in-laws of the informant. After the husband of the informant died, the informant wanted to get undue share in the ancestral property and, that is why, this case has been filed.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16657 of 2015 (2) dt.04-05-2015 2/2 below within four weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case No. 558 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
