1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case no. 199/2022 registered under sections 25(a), 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-B)(b), 26(1) (2) and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on an information having been received that the accused persons had gathered and were planing to give effect to an occurrence, it is stated that a raid was conducted and from possession of the petitioner a country made gun and 20 live cartridges were recovered.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. The cause of false implication is his antecedents. The petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20007 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 is in custody since 14.6.2022 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 11 months since 14.6.2022 and investigation having been concluded with submission of the charge-sheet, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case no. 199/2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
