2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Awtar Nagar P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 379, 324, 326,, 504, 302 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased by stabbing the deceased. The post-mortem report support the prosecution case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

7. The S.P., Saran is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses of the trial.

8. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
