The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Parbatta (Pasraha) P.S.Case No. 150 of 2002 registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian penal Code. Petitioner is named in the FIR in a case instituted as far as back in the year 2002 and he was absconding for last 16 years and only apprehended on 19.01.2018, so considering the long period of absconding from this case, his prayer of bail is rejected and trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
