JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim in her statement has stated that she left the house on her own will and got married to the petitioner at Patna. She has further stated that she is carrying 2 months pregnancy and is living with the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner

No.16252 of 2022(3) dt.11-10-2022 2/2 mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Muzaffarpur in Aurai Police Station Case No. 23 of 2021 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
