JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 27-04-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 24.04.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12399 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to extend the period of surrender as well as the period for deposit of undertaken amount of Rs.15,000/-.

Since the order was passed on 24.04.2013 and the present modification application has been filed on 18.04.2016, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present modification application.

However, if the petitioner deposits the undertaken amount of Rs.15,000/- within a period of four weeks from today and surrenders the learned court below will pass

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16964 of 2016 (2) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 appropriate order in accordance with law. It is expected from the learned court below to dispose of the bail application of the petitioner preferably on the same day.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
