The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018 registered under Sections 20/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. It is submitted that there is recovery of 4 kgm. of ganja from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 07.10.2018.
