It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 15.09.2017, passed in this Case, bail application of the petitioner was disposed of, however, in the said order in para -3, it has wrongly been mentioned as petitioner was arrested on spot rather petitioner name has surfaced on confession of co-accused. Further in last line of para - 4, it has been mentioned that petitioner is in custody for last four and half months, however, the petitioner is in custody for last one and half months.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45350 of 2017 (3) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 petitioner, order dated 15.09.2017 is modified to the extent that sentence mentioned in para -3 that petitioner was arrested on spot be read as petitioner's name surfaced on confession of co-accused and further period of custody mentioned in para 4 is also modified and be read as petitioner has been in custody for last one and half months.

Let this order be communicated to the court below forthwith.
