No.2.

2. It appears from the submissions as advanced by the parties that petitioners remains in custody since 26.08.2024 i.e. almost for one year for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, where the maximum sentence is three years.

3. It is submitted that the proceeding is at before charge evidence and even charge could not framed in this matter and, therefore, the trial is not likely to conclude in near

Considering aforesaid, let petitioner, abovenamed, who is in custody since 26.08.2024, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No.C1-558 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'CrPC')/under Section 480(3) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (for short 'BNSS').
