JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 27.3.2018, seeks bail in Town PS Case No. 95 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 324, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 360, 295A, 188, 120B of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as similarly situated other coaccused have been admitted to bail by this Court and coordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 26033 of 2018, 25939 of 2018 and 25875 of 2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Naseem @ Nasim Ansari @ Md. Nasim Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Aurangabad in connection with Town PS Case No. 95 of 2018.
