2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 8 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 6.238 kilograms of ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2025 and claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the recovery of commercial quantity of ganja from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is
