This case is taken up through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Lalganj P.S. Case No.24 of 2020, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner was found dragging a bag inside his house and on search 43.2 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.01.2020. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 31⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely, Rahul Kumar is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional
