Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mufassil P.S. Case No.100 of 2020 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that from perusal of the F.I.R., it would be evident that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners were only members of the mob. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances
