The petitioner seeks regular bail in Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.487 of 2016, Special Case No.100/16 registered for the offence under Sections 20, 22 of N.D.P.S. Act and Section 25 (1 -B) A/26 of Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.02.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.7851/17 contained in Annexure-1 to this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43243 of 2017 (2) dt.13-09-2017 2/3 petition.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that 1 Kg. 600 grams ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has remained in custody for about 10 months and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Patna, in Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No.487 of 2016 corresponding to Special Case No.100/16 subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court. (2) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the

In the event of failure on his part to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
